Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. If you have a strong background in digital media and enjoy data-driven decision-making, this is the role for you.
You’ll be responsible for managing and scaling media campaigns, improving ROI through testing and optimization, and collaborating with creative and strategy teams to align messaging with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage media advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
- Set up and maintain campaign structures including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and remarketing funnels.
- Performance Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance CTR and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and more.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve return on ad spend.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices in media buying.
- Budget Management & Scaling
- Offer insights on budget allocation, scaling strategies, and investment for various campaign goals (brand awareness, lead generation, conversions).
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital media or advertising
- Proficient in platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or data visualization tools
- Understanding of digital funnel strategies, attribution models, and advertising KPIs
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and under performance-driven environments
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
