Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing MarTech B2B agency. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of marketing strategies across digital platforms, assist in campaign creation, and contribute to building brand visibility. This position is ideal for someone who understands the digital landscape, enjoys content creation, and thrives in a results-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Coordinate social media, email marketing, paid ads, and content marketing efforts
- Monitor campaign performance and provide timely reporting
2. Content & Branding Support
- Collaborate with designers and content writers to create engaging materials for different platforms (social media, websites, brochures, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Support video scripts, captions, and copywriting for campaigns and product launches
3. Market Research & Insights
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior
- Help identify opportunities for growth and content optimization
4. Event & Partnership Coordination
- Assist with the planning of webinars, online events, and partnership collaborations
- Coordinate marketing logistics, promotional materials, and follow-ups
5. CRM & Automation
- Update CRM tools with lead and campaign data
- Help in managing marketing automation workflows and email campaigns
Requirement:
- 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a tech, digital agency, or B2B environment
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels and trends
- Familiar with tools like Meta Business Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, or similar platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics is a plus
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
