Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive growth across the UAE and GCC regions. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a proven ability to identify, engage, and close deals with clients in the MarTech, digital services, or IT industries.
As part of our expanding team, you’ll lead outreach efforts, craft proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with client goals and LPS values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and qualify leads across target sectors — from startups to enterprises.
- Initiate contact via cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
- Engage prospects with a clear understanding of their business needs and potential opportunities.
2. Client Engagement & Proposal Management
- Conduct discovery meetings to explore client challenges and goals.
- Create and present custom proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contract terms and manage deal closure to meet revenue targets.
3. Collaboration & Project Handoff
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Align solutions with internal capabilities and client expectations.
4. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive).
- Track deal progress, update pipeline status, and forecast revenue.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights.
5. Market Insight & Representation
- Stay current with trends in MarTech, AI-powered services, digital marketing, and IT solutions.
- Represent LPS at industry forums, business networks, and client-facing events in the UAE.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
- Experience in MarTech, digital services, or IT solutions is preferred
- Proven track record in closing deals and revenue generation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High proficiency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Strong understanding of UAE/GCC market dynamics and business etiquette
- Confident with LinkedIn outreach and building a professional personal brand
