Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Branding Associate to support the execution of brand strategies across multiple touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, visual identity, and delivering consistent brand experiences across digital, social, events, and partnerships.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to bring brand narratives to life, maintain brand consistency, and keep our messaging aligned with both LPS and client values.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies across channels including digital platforms, events, partnerships, and online activations.
- Ensure brand messaging remains consistent and compelling across all touchpoints.
2. Content Development & Support
- Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, creative briefs, social media content, and blog posts.
- Align tone, style, and messaging with branding guidelines.
3. Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate with creative, digital, and marketing teams to execute campaigns on schedule.
- Ensure branding guidelines are adhered to across all deliverables.
4. Brand Monitoring & Refinement
- Track brand performance using engagement metrics, audience feedback, and social insights.
- Help refine messaging and creative direction based on real-time feedback.
5. Brand Asset Management
- Maintain and update brand assets, templates, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal brand-related inquiries.
6. Event & Experiential Activation
- Participate in event planning and on-site brand activations as a brand ambassador.
- Ensure visual and experiential brand alignment at all touchpoints.
7. Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on branding trends, consumer behavior, and creative innovation in the UAE and GCC regions.
- Provide insights that can help elevate brand presence and engagement.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a branding or marketing role, preferably within an agency or consumer-facing brand
- Strong written and visual communication skills, with close attention to brand tone and detail
- Familiarity with brand guidelines, digital platforms, and tools like Canva or Adobe Illustrator
- Highly organized and able to collaborate across creative and digital teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-channel production environments
